James Cesario
James received an early start in the building industry, accompanying his Dad to work at the lumber yard. There he learned a strong work ethic by sweeping warehouses, loading customers and eventually moving into sales.
In 2006, after spending 13 years as the northern Michigan territory sales manager for Old Mission Windows of Traverse City, he decided to make his building and remodeling hobby his full-time profession. As a parting gift from the family business, his father handed down the words of wisdom, “work hard, be honest, pray a lot and you’ll be fine”.
Nine years later, with those principles as the cornerstones of the business, J. Cesario Builders has become a respected company providing full remodeling, new construction & commercial services through a well-built team of experienced professionals.
They pride themselves on injecting their creative ideas, materials & solutions into each project, helping the customer to achieve the complete realization of their vision.

Residing in Petoskey, James is married to his wife of 20 years and together they have 5 children.
